Design specs, telemetry and reports are your property. You can export them from the console at any time, and ask us to delete them when you leave.

Attral is built on a simple principle: the data from your packs, plants and meters belongs to you. We hold it to run the service you asked for — nothing else.
Tenant-isolated
Each organisation's data is logically separated and every API call is scoped to your organisation. We never mix one customer's fleet data with another's.
Never sold
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We don't run advertising on it. There is no third party in the middle.
What we collect
- Account data — name, work email and organisation, to give you access and send service emails (such as password resets).
- Device & site telemetry — the readings your inverters, meters and battery systems send (power, state of charge, temperature, performance), to power your dashboards, analytics and alerts.
- Contact & sales enquiries — what you send us through the contact form, so we can reply.
- Usage logs — basic security and diagnostic logs, kept only as long as needed to operate the service reliably.
How we use it
Only to deliver Attral: monitoring, alerting, analytics, AI insights, reporting, billing and support. AI analysis runs over your own fleet's aggregated statistics to serve you — your identifiable fleet data is never used for any other customer or purpose. We use aggregate, de-identified operational metrics to keep the platform healthy.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and never touch Attral's servers; we store only the order reference, plan and payment status needed to provision your subscription and issue invoices.
Cookies
The Operate console sets a single, essential session cookie so you stay signed in. The marketing site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Hosting & deletion
Attral runs on infrastructure we control. Enterprise customers can request a private-cloud or on-premise deployment so data never leaves their environment. On account closure, we remove your data on request within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention duties.
